Scope controls
Each engagement should name workflows, exclusions, deliverables, coverage windows, approval rules, and what remains with the client.
Operating policy
Updated September 13, 2026. This is a scoping overview, not a contract or offer of employment. Client work starts only after scope, owner, systems, access, review cadence, commercial terms, and escalation path are agreed in a separate service agreement.
Each engagement should name workflows, exclusions, deliverables, coverage windows, approval rules, and what remains with the client.
Clients own final business decisions, regulated or professional judgments, system permissions, payment authority, and timely review of sensitive actions.
Expansion, weekend coverage, technical risk, regulated workflows, replacement, credits, refunds, and termination require approved terms.
